”iBank” относится к системам защищенного электронного документооборота. Обмен электронными документами происходит между банком и клиентом.
В системе ”iBank” реализовано информирование клиентов о совершении каждой операции в системе путем отправки в адрес клиента уведомления при изменении статуса соответствующего документа.
Для обеспечения аутентичности (доказательства авторства) и целостности документа используется механизм электронной подписи под электронными документами.
Именно электронный документ с электронной подписью клиента является основанием для совершения банком финансовых операций и доказательной базой при разрешении конфликтной ситуации. Система ”iBank” обеспечивает гарантированный уровень безопасности, содержит механизмы шифрования информации и ЭП, поддерживает работу с аппаратными устройствами Рутокен ЭЦП 3.0.
В системе реализованы российские криптографические алгоритмы в соответствии с ГОСТ 28147-89 (шифрование, имитовставка), ГОСТ Р34.11-2012 (хеш-функция) и ГОСТ Р 34.10-2012 (ЭП на эллиптических кривых).
В свою очередь пользователю системы следует на своем рабочем месте обеспечить должный уровень безопасности данных — паролей, ключей ЭП и т. п. информации, хищение которой может повлечь за собой материальный ущерб организации.

Оценка выполнения требований осуществлялась на соответствие требованиям ГОСТ Р 57580.1–2017. Национальный стандарт Российской Федерации. «Безопасность финансовых (банковских) операций. Защита информации финансовых организаций. Базовый состав организационных и технических мер».
Значение итогового показателя составляет 0.935.
По результатам проведения оценки соответствия контура безопасности Банка присваивается третий уровень соответствия.
Данное значение уровня соответствует необходимому минимальному уровню соответствия, установленному нормативными актами Банка России на дату завершения работ, по оценке соответствия.
Период проведения оценки с 13.09.2024 г. по 20.12.2024 г. в форме внешнего аудита.
Проверяющая организация ООО «Эра безопасности», лицензия ФСТЭК России КИ 0313 номер 015726 регистрационный номер Л024-00107-ОО/00582658 от 15 ноября 2019 г., лицензия предоставлена на основании приказа ФСТЭК России от 15 ноября 2019 г. № 349-л, действительна бессрочно.
